张燕娇，博士，讲师，毕业于山东大学微生物国家重点实验，目前在青岛农业大学山东省食用菌重点实验室食用菌精准育种实验室工作。目前主要从事食用菌热胁迫适应性研究。主持国家自然基金青年项目1项，参与国家自然基金面上项目、山东省自然基金、山东省重点研发计划等多个科研项目。发表论文36篇，其中发表英文SCI论文32篇。
